Puffs are made to order. Printing takes 2–4 working days, then free worldwide shipping, usually 5–12 days depending on your country. Tracking is emailed when it ships.

Front-facing, close-up and reasonably lit. That said: the worse the photo, the better the Puff.

What if it arrives damaged?

Send us a picture of your Puff if it's damaged when you unpack it and we'll start the refund in as little as an hour. Email hello@uglypuffs.com with the photo — nothing to post back.
